Spanish King sent a letter to Nazarbayev
ASTANA. January 12 Spanish Government has intentions to make Kazakhstan a platform for the development of relations with Central Asian states, Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos told a briefing having met the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in Ak Orda residence on Wednesday.
